Sony is too big of a company with power pulling in too many directions to have a unified strategy and the willingness to stick to it. At least, that's how it comes across now.

@2matrix: Remember, this is probably the last major project that J Allard worked on before he got shoved out by Ballsackhead, I mean Ballmer, regardless of what flowery, faint-praise filled press releases came out.

The lighting looks off because the renders are against a pure white backdrop. There's no environment light reflections that lend texture and context to the cars and soften the hard edges.

@subtlescalpel: well, it sounds like it is speeding up the molecules fast enough to intermingle and join the two pieces at the point of contact, but not enough to deform the same of the pieces.

@subtlescalpel: I made the same mistake. It using friction to heat the metal but not actually melt it.

@lucasway89: are they holding really still while the crowd moves as fast as they can, so that when the film is sped up it produces the effect?

@phinn: Yeah. I went ahead and did it anyway. Working great. Folders and the unified inbox work great. Just have to wait for Apple to approve updates that bring the multitasking apps!

there is a very similar chart in the front of several of the main books of the series, particularly The Past Through Tomorrow, which is a collection of most of the stories.

Can you use this to upgraade to iOS 4 if you have the gold master?

@squarebox: Bethesda owns the trademark and IP, ZeniMax is the publisher, and I would imagine someone else is the developer.

I'll buy buying a couple of these ASAP.

Looks nice but I think I will stick with Pulse for now. Reeder doesn't do enough for me to justify a second paid RSS app.
