How would that even work? Seeing as how T-Mobile's GSM and HSPA while Sprint's CDMA and EvDO?

One point I'd like to make Kat is that we don't know what model the $699 price point is for. If it's for the 64GB version then that's not so bad and could put the 32GB version around the low end iPad price range.

Difference is that WebOS received a massive overhaul for tablet support, and Android has an entire new version for tablets (Honeycomb, v 3.0). Whereas iOS basically put the existing OS on a tablet and called it a day...

Actual multitasking, phone to tablet communication, a notifications system that's miles better than iOS, a more open platform, no reliance on iTunes (everything cloud syncs), etc...

Define "Open." Because in some ways it's actually way more open than Android... [www.precentral.net]

It only takes a few weeks to port apps from iOS to WebOS. It's why there are so many Gameloft and EA games on WebOS, and why we got Angry Birds long before Android did. What the platform needed was good hardware to be viable, and this tablet seems to fit the bill just fine..

Soooooo are you guys gonna mention the wireless communication between the devices they demoed? Or printing? Or the fact that the TouchPad can do video calls, and answer calls and texts from your nearby Pre?

I saw a large rat on the edge of the platform (near where the entrance to the track is) at Brooklyn Bridge while waiting for the 6 this morning. It was roughly 2.5 times the size of the one on the video. First time I can remember seeing one on the platform since I moved to NYC 20 years ago. Wonder if it's a general
