So, Cancel Culture is a term that is being used for a specific time. I’m not saying cancel culture is an actual culture, just a time like one could say the 90's or the stone age.

As a straight white man myself, I personally think it’s incredibly important to understand people outside of my normal spectrum of people. To which if I came across someone who was pan, I wouldn’t really know how to navigate that minefield of asking just to be less ignorant.

I like most of your comment, but I got really confused by your line “ Along the way, it wouldn’t kill one CW-verse show to get a little genuinely nasty about how the public has adjusted to all this costumed-hero crap over the past 10 years.” Are you talking 10 yrs as in “In Universe”? or 10 yrs since what? They say

They are definitely setting up the father to be that kind of character. In the beginning of the episode you feel it’s going to be the same “Arrowverse” relationship, strained, not telling full truths, etc. But by the end the father actually goes to Kate and tells her to her face he knew she wouldn’t give up and yadda,

The fact that Trump has had things taken down for copyright makes me laugh so hard.... Like come on of all the memes in the world and things to get taken down, America collectively just basically slaps his tiny hands and says “No! You can’t use these memes, they are for us!”

This article while crazy is very poorly written.... It confuses a lot of the details and makes thing even less clear than how the Daily Mail wrote it.

You have it backwards.... everyone thought she was 8/9 because she looks that young. But when they did the bone density test, they discovered she was older. Her mental illness kept her in the child-like mindset which is what fooled everyone.

Foster care is typically for children. The point of the article here is that the “child” wasn’t underage. She was mentally unstable and acted like a child. The parents got a bone density test which proved she was at least 14 but could also be upwards of 22-25....

Fair enough.

I actually would counter that with 5 different people who I worked with who stole, lied, or did other shady things while working at the bank and the bank doing absolutely nothing about it even though it was reported. Some of them even stayed on for 10 years.

You’re being nitpicky with this response. I never said that Credit Unions weren’t insured, I just said they weren’t insured by the FDIC, I never worked at a credit union, so I can’t tell you what their insurance is called hence leaving it out.

Depending on the bank (and when), a lot of times because the bank in FDIC insured, it doesn’t even matter if it’s under a certain dollar amount. When I worked for Key Bank, Susquehanna Bank, and BB&T that dollar amount was $200, anything under that you just got a write up and got 15 min to find it..... no one stayed

Un-ordered merchandise that gets delivered to you typically doesn’t fall into the amount of $120K. Not to mention Banks are insured by the FDIC (unless it’s a credit union), by keeping the money that isn’t theirs (and can be proven) is considered fraud.

This is surprisingly true. As someone who use to work in a bank (as a teller), because the bank was FDIC insured, if it was under $200 there was barely even a slap on the wrist. Just a write up in your file.

Trump has saved the world more times than anyone could count. Sexual Assault? Trump solved. Racism? Solved by Trump. Illegals coming in and taking our job? All Trump.... I mean it’s like Trump is a super selfless person who’s not in it for the money or fame..

I’ve not read the comics personally... I just know there’s an arc that comes up next called Hotel Oblivion. I know a few more... spoiler-y details but I’ll leave that out

I kinda thought the other way... These were residents of the Hotel Oblivion.

What are you talking about? Trump was the one who solved it when no one else could. Not even Obama could solve the hurricane crisis, and together, with people from both parties he solved it. Not anyone else, or their foul mouthed wife.... only these large, luscious hands

You’re allowed to have strong opinions, I’m not discounting them because of how she was originally written.

Just out of curiosity, have you read any of Harley’s solo series that she’s done? Especially in the storylines that focus on her post-joker relationship. She may have started off as a one-note character, but she’s definitely seen more growth than some of our capes have gone through...
