I remember being in grade school and first heard of Pokemon through a preview article in Nintendo Power. I thought the idea was so cool that I bought both games the day it came out! What an awesome game!
This is true, but I made that comment a year ago. Shortly after they released their update. I've fallen off mobile gaming since then, but tiny wings is one that I remember fondly.
Take it from me, holding handhelds up like that for long periods of time is bad for your elbows. I messed up my ulnar nerve a few months ago doing that and am still feeling the effects.
Well I don't play LoL, but in DoTA I root for the team who's personalities I like the best. In the case of DoTA, I like Na'Vi because they play mind games and don't always pick the top played heroes. They're fun to watch and I like the players in the interviews.
If you like easy rhythm games, maybe. I personally regret it
This really makes me want to replay Mirrors Edge! I always felt nervous when falling over an edge... I don't want to imagine that with the rift.
Man I really didn't care much for the last enhanced edition, but Baulder's gate 2 was so great back then. I'll probably skip the ipad version and try it on PC this time.
So they did this same promotion when the xbox 360 came out. I think it was every 5 minutes though. I remember the odds looking pretty good at certain times early on in the contest. Only like 2-300 people entering per drawing (again, this was before many people heard much about it).
Love the Death Adder, but between my wife's computer, my home computer, and work computer, I'm on my 6th mouse. I've had to replace each one once. Those side buttons are fragile and tend to die right after the 2 year warranty is up. I still love the mouse so I continue to throw my money at them.
I've sunk a few hours into this so far and am enjoying it. I thought the original was too easy and this brings all kinds of new challenges to the campaign mode. I doubt I'll buy anything because the powerups don't interest me, but I would've been happy to pay for the base game itself. I really think you'd ruin the…
ehhhhhh, they should make CS GO F2P then if they're going to start adding crates.
Why all the conspiracy theories about these copies really being new instead of used as they claim? MSRP is just a suggested retail price right? They could call them new and still charge $90 if they wanted.
Valve has sold hats in the past for charity. This is a good tool to get people pumped about The International!
Early game its not so bad. Once you get into the higher levels (hundreds of games) you start running into bitter people who expect you to know more and are sometimes rude. If that intimidates you, play with friends! Add people you like playing with! Don't have friends that play? There are chat channels in the main…
There are of course safer bets in the industry you can go with and your friend also has the advantage of being there for 15+ years. I also say all this despite the fact that I'm hiring right now.
I'm sorry to hear about that. I'm an employed 3D artist, and over the past year have seen most of my friends in the industry get laid off or moved to another country. It's not easy right now and would not recommend it to most people.
Heh, I wouldn't feel so bad unless you're speaking of 3D modeling as a hobby. The market/need for 3D Artists in the US is tanking. Everything's becoming outsourced.
Anyone else see Pacific Rim and think it felt a *little* reminiscent of Half-life's story?
So that the photographer gets credit, that is a year old photo of Maddie the Coonhound... better known as the dog that can balance on things really well. Here was Maddie's alternate Halloween costume that year http://maddieonthings.com/page/23
