I imagine this will dominate over the TF2 Spreadsheet when it comes out of beta. Thank God!!! Trading community can be super stingy.

Exactly!
This system wouldn't prevent that at all. This system uses Valve spacebucks only, which they have full control over. The tf2 buying/selling forums will continue to exist.
Good for tf2 item buyers. Bad for tf2 black market sellers.
Valve wants in on some of that sweet TF2 black market money! For those who don't know there's a lot of people who sell tf2 items via paypal transactions on websites like http://forums.sourceop.com/forums/32-TF2-Item-Buying-Selling
yeah, out of my budget for sure.
Yeah it's not a bad game by any means. Great excuse to listen to classic FF music.
They're all nice. The middle one is poster-worthy, but I think the right one would work best as cover art replacement. I'm glad they're doing this though. Definitely a game worthy of cleaner box art.
I should've also mentioned it's best on iPad. I haven't played it on a small screen, but I imagine it wouldn't be as good because of the pattern layout. On the flip side, I prefer Groove Coaster on my iPhone since it doesn't matter where you tap. Hope you like it!
Theatrhythm has tap, directional swipe, on rails vertical drag, and static tap/hold. EBA has a lot of taping, multidirecitonal drag/slide (the ball roll), multidirecitonal drag/slide looping, and spin. Not to forget that EBA has a fun pattern layout in which you have to actually follow. So as far as complexity goes, I…
The only other one I played on iOS is Bit Trip Beat and that's barely a rhythm game. It's a lot of fun, but the tilt controls take a while to get used to. Groove Coaster is the easier one of the bunch, but I love it's style and how every level feels different. Someone else replied to me with some neat looking…
No, and you wont be able to play Cytus a stylus. You'll need two/three fingers at the same time and you'll use every one of them except for your thumbs to pull off certain combos comfortably. The beat patterns are what I like best. It reminds me of the type of pure fun I had in just following the pattern layout in…
I'm only speaking for myself as an experienced Rhythm game player, but I found getting S/SS ranks, even on the Dark notes, a breeze. It is definitely all about the nostalgia though, which I did enjoy regardless.
Oh cool, I'd never heard of any of those! Definitely will check them out. Thanks
Sorry, but you're wrong. Theatrhythm is one of the easiest Rhythm game even on the hardest difficulties. I'm not saying it's bad, but underwhelming and boring when compared to others (not just the ones I listed).
Awesome! I was semi-interested in this game a while back. Too bad I have so much else on my plate right now to dive into this. I'll wait for a sale and then I'll have to give it a shot.
It's more like a dumb'ed down version of EBA. On 3DS, it doesn't matter where you tap. In videos it looks like it EBA cause that's what's happening on the top part of the screen, but again, on 3DS it didn't matter where you tapped. There's only one instance where stylus placement matters, and it's only on the vertical…
So on 3DS this game is waaaaay too easy, even on its hardest difficulty. If you want awesome rhythm games for iOS, I recommend Cytus ( http://www.rayark.com/g/cytus/ ) or Groove Coaster instead ( http://groovecoaster.com/en/ ).
The art is great! Now if only the multiplayer wasn't so much like CoD, I'd actually be enjoying them...
Bummer to the ones who were actually innovating and trying some interesting/risky ideas, but it's testament to gamers wanting something fresh and new.
