Never, ever use this slide-show format again.

While it won’t exactly be an NSX on four wheels

lol, my 4C’s original wiper is still on 4 years later... although it doesn’t see much rain as a weekend toy.

So, supposing we hit the company with a tremendous – whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light – and I think you said that that hasn’t been checked, but you’re going to test it.

a transverse rotary engine mated to a CVT and FWD? seriously they could built something truly unique here....

True, and with the modern trucks, the load height is basically at my shoulders. Terrible ergonomics if you need to load/unload things often. The low load floor on vans is so much better.

Neutral: Nope. First off, I’m too old to worry about proving my manhood. I drive a 07 Sienna with middle seats removed. I can stuff as much crap in that as a full sized truck.

I feel like this statement applies to basically every car Porsche makes. You want to hate them because they are the default, and then you drive one and realize why they are the default.

There is no shame in driving a crossover! It isn’t a damn minivan! Stop acting like it is some sort of automotive war crime! “Oh I deeply loathe crossovers...”. Why?

A few years ago my friend bought a Macan GTS and let me drive it. It was maddeningly, obnoxiously competent and good to drive. I wanted to hate it (Because honestly, fuck crossovers) but I objectively could not.

Porter is one of the very few bright spots in this increasingly vicious hellscape.

Darn right.

Yeah sounds like a good deal. That’s like a 3,200 lb Model 3 with a 300 mile range.

Your choice when buying an EV is “support Elon” or “support companies making tons of unacceptably high-emission cars”. I went with the Bolt on price, but let’s not pretend other car companies are perfect actors either.

Let’s get real. You all say you want it but in the end you’ll go and buy yet another Pickup truck.

Wait, nobody is going to comment on this “hypothetical brand expansion” of Corvette into SUVs? Then allow me to start that conversation.

After I get sick of fixing my BMW 850 I am thinking of getting a current generation i8. Depreciation is brutal with multiple low mileage examples available, performance is “Good Enough” design is polarizing and they are relatively rare.

Yeah and at home overnight you won’t need a quick charge. Quick charging destroys batteries. Long slow charging overnight at home is your best bet. Your initial comment was where you screwed up. Any comment now over making a house handle outrageous powr loads because you think people need to charge in 5 minutes at

Scrolled down here partly for the entertainment and partly to say this same thing. Oh and thank you for the GLK nod, I’m quite partial to mine! That said, I’m going to pile on the “it’s not powerful enough” trope... as compared to what? My GLK 250, which MANY have basically accused of being slow (200 HP, 369 lb/ft)

True. But I’m guessing some of the over-all interior illumination took into account that those lights exist. Take them away and I bet you have a hard time seeing somethings at night.
