TAccording to Cha, she did NOT mention the incident to ANYONE before she left... read the attached article. Cha admitted that she SHOULD HAVE spoken to someone while at the restaurant.
According to the article linked, the hostess was fired within 48 HRS of the incident. Considering that they heard about the incident first via Twitter direct messaging, that's a pretty fast turnaround...
