Prove it
Lotus designed the TG track, so it’s not been used by the real Lotus.
Dunsfold isn’t a race track. There are many many ex-airfields that have been turned into race tracks.

Why would any lawsuit affect track days everywhere?
Collectible cars don’t always sit around not being used. Mileage doesn’t have as much affect on value as originality.
Oh I agree.
I have little interest in it either but many people do and someone just paid $90k for one.
We are talking about butchering because it won’t be original. This is a classic car and classic cars with matching numbers, in original condition, are worth more.
A low mileage NSX in stock condition will be worth far more than a butchered one. The market would be significantly larger.
That’s a very different market. There are plenty of Corvettes. 80s and 90s stuff in original condition is very collectable and rapidly gaining in value.
A Ford Sierra RS Cosworth is only a Sierra but mint ones in original condition are going for upwards of £100k. Peugeot 205 GTI’s are going for £35k.
I never said it had gained in value, I suggested that is value will increase. And yes it hasn’t increased in value as an investment but it’s certainly risen in value considering it will have been affected by depreciation.
It will not add value. Originality is paramount.
It will only continue to rise in value in its current condition. Why do you think it cost $80k at auction rather than the normal price for a used 90s sportscar?
A great way to destroy a mint original car and hugely devalue it.
Because he deserves it
Just like manual gearboxes, the analogy cock has been replaced by something better
