A combination of double waved yellows and the VSC would have been sufficient. The safety car was out on track for far too long after cleaning up had completed.
But they are written with passion and a love of the subject. The rest of the articles seemingly have turned into bitchy, passive aggressive bullshit with little care or love for the subjects.

He didn’t say there shouldn’t be a safety car, just questioned why the VSC wasn’t used. It was a perfect example of when the VSC should be used. There was minimal debris and with a long lap it could easily have been cleared under a VSC.

It’s not how it works in the UK, you can’t simply order the plate you want. Registration plates are bought and sold like cars on websites like this...
Those plates probably add a few thousand to the value of those cars.......not that the owner needs to worry about such things
