This episode was very 90s-centric when it came to music.

So is the "Pad" in Pad Thai not capitalized? Or is "pad Thai" a new feminine hygiene product I'm not aware of?

The grad inflation on the A.V. Club is outrageous. How is it possible that  Political Animals  get an A- on the same night that Breaking Bad gets an A. The two episodes are not remotely close in quality. If Breaking Bad is a chemistry major than Political Animals must be a communications degree (or whatever they offer

I thought Scott should have been sent home for his blackened monstrosity that he called a pie. Even Jason Biggs wouldn't f—k Scott's apple pie.

Gail Simmons was super sparkly tonight and I liked it.

More like yellow horse, amirite? (I'll let myself out…)

That's where you're wrong. Paul is the ultimate dark horse; he's just like Jeremy Lin, in fact.

This penultimate episode was the antithesis of "sex in the mouth." I miss Greyson.

TINNITUS! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?

Chicago Bulls jersey are the rage with hoopsters; you know like that Jeremy Lin guy or something

This seems to be less a review than a strategic take down on an easy target. The comparison to Paramore is hardly warranted.

When I saw the blindfolds under the cloches, I thought for a second that
the chefs might be headed into a blind tasting where they'd have to
rely on their palate.

We were this close to an all Asian season finale—plus some other chef.

Am I the only one rooting for an all Asian finale?  That would be like sex in the mouth!

Yeah, the show seems to be going on a pretty well-worn path.

Yeah, the step-father character seemed like he wasn't used as effectively as he could have been. But the relationship between s.Mouse and his father seems to be more promising, esp. considering how annoying s.Mouse is.

It's almost like those ads were meant to be aired on FOX and not HBO. It made it seem like the show was way worse than it actually was.
