Young and dumb is when you slide the back out in a parking lot, or an industrial park at night with no one around. This kid is way past that.
I am a little curious about charging the passenger with racing, though. I would suspect most lawyers could get that tossed, but I’m not familiar with Florida’s laws.
It’s amazing how many people each year are killed by trains they didn’t hear until it was too late. I’m not arguing with you (obviously trains don’t exceed the speed of sound), but you can’t argue the facts that unsuspecting people are hurt or killed by the hundreds each year.
