Word. Many bloggers are either 1) goddamn retards or 2) cynical contrarian clickbait / hot take whores. Or both. TLJ had an extremely boring slow speed chase as its central plot, a ham-fisted lame casino planet side plot, and worst of all, by far, with too many examples to mention, was a “subverting expectations” /

Hell, The Last Jedi was one of the best things to happen to this series in decades and people are still arguing about how it was actually bad.

I bought Eneloops for the Xbox 360 in 2009. I bought replacement Eneloops this year when they were on sale. It’s just much more convenient to go swap the batteries on the charging cradle for the ones in the controller than it is to plug the controller into a charging cable.

I’d rather replace a $10 battery than a whole controller. Or like the Double A energisers that I have been using since before the X1 was released and are only now 8 years later starting to drop below 7 hours charge.

Many people who play only online these days tend to have only one controller at a time.

It will be just like the current PS4 controller. You can’t change anything, the battery surely diminishes over time, just like all built in rechargeable batteries do, and will eventually die. With that said, I still have my first PS4 controller and it works fine.

Is Sony guaranteeing their rechargeable battery capacity will NEVER diminish over time? Is the battery easily replaceable, if at all? Will Sony to make replacement batteries? Is there the usual battery rhetoric (damage, fire, castration, etc) about 3rd party accessories (like some unknown brand like Sonee)

The answer and its going to SHOCK YOU... options! Which is why Microsoft is ahead on the controller front. It provides the option. I love both current generation controllers and I expect the same from the next (we’re approaching the optimal controller singularity where they’re basically the same) but the option of

This and the audio part of the PS5

Saw it, can confirm. Especially that part where Aerith looks directly into the camera and tells you how to revive her in the original game - I kinda wish I had seen that in the context of the actual story.

Criticism: It’s likely a donation, not a prepayment. When the business goes bankrupt, your gift card is worthless

I don’t want it to be since E3 has always been a part of my life since I can remember. I only ever got to attend E3 2011 and I had the time of my life since it was a dream come true experience.

People need to calm the fuck down with the “resurgence” of Joe Biden.

bernie supporters will vote when it counts. we’ve done it before, we’ll do it again.

Your joy that segregationist-loving Joe Biden has resurged is palpable, but you really think he’ll be able to “take Trump behind the bleachers and kick his ass”? The second he stumbles on a sentence or thought, Trump is going to jump and chew him out. We’ll never agree who would make a better candidate, but I will

Joe Biden is senile, experiencing cognitive decline, entering his second childhood.

He can not possibly win.

Auto update is way too hit or miss for me. I leave my PS4 in sleep and sometimes it updates and copies games and other times it doesn’t.

They literally don’t care as long as it doesn’t actually hurt the brand and it makes money without costing money.

Microsoft made the situation right for everyone affected by it. I had a 360 that was well out of warranty and they replaced it with no questions asked.

You conveniently left off the part where they repaired or replaced every faulty unit with zero hassle and even paid for shipping both ways. Contrast that with Nintendo, who denied the Joy-Con drift issue until the public sentiment got ugly enough to reluctantly exchange them (for other faulty ones).

I think the thing people aren’t taking into consideration here when it comes to asking “how could Anthem possibly turn around now?” is that there’s some genuinely very cool ideas in the game that are currently buried in a bunch of missteps. The actual flying is phenomenal, the game itself is beautiful (which makes the
