@Louis Andrew: Yeah but thankfully you'll be paying the lot of us back for the rest of your life, assuming you don't become Space Pope or something similar. Hope the piece of paper/degree and iPhone are worth it.

@YellowRex: Most if not all new computers come with a bundled 60 day trial of Microsoft Office and after 60 days you feel you don't need it Wordpad opens .doc and it has come with almost every version of windows since windows 95.
@spectralveil: I can defiantly see how lack of care in mastering can effect an album. However even from good CDs (though I can't say I've gone out of my way to pick up anything that could really be classified as a properly mastered CD, to my knowledge) don't give me the same experience as vinyl. It's almost as if…
@bornonbord: If the music had been transferred to the vinyl digitally then there would be no difference, however if the sounds had been recorded traditionally in a studio while they played the instruments then there could be a layer of "feeling" that cannot be experienced with digital formats.
@pixelsnader: Really?
@cynep: Yup as far as I am concerned.
@pixelsnader: It means that Apple would have to bring back swappable battery packs, and heaven forbid you should be able to open your phone.
@webdevmike: By the sounds of it you won't even need to go back to AT-AT, they'll just ship one to you by accident, FOR FREE!
@Killjoy: Exactly, China has been light years ahead of the states in terms of innovative variety. For instance you can also buy a cellphone with an electric razor in it. Lets see iPhone 4 do that!
@Pessimippopotamus: @Philip Barnett: Both good points, just kind of bothers me that they would nix backwards compatibility like that. Seems like they are working backwards, design included.
@PN - gooapplesoft: Not a problem, well except for all that oil...
@Peter Shultz: Wow that is beyond lame. One of the best features of the 360 was being able to take my drive to a friends house and slap it in and use my save games.
@cynep: It's like some kind of awesome worker rewards program! Everybody wins!
@ploopsy: Also thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!!!
@ploopsy: Thank god, I'm tired of comedy central treating us like second hand citizens. Damn it! I only live 1 hour from the border!
@PN - gooapplesoft: Furthermore Nigeria, since 1958, has had 546 million gallons spilled into its delta.
@PN - gooapplesoft: Nope, Kuwait has got the States beat by roughly 10 times:
Really? Lithium? Well good news, Foxconn will be moving to Afghanistan this month. Cheap labour, no government, no infrastructure, no bitchy suicidal Chinese workers and now massive lithium deposits. It's a match made in heaven!
@Jim Chambers: I've recently been forced into retirement as well. Got a bad spat of Barotrauma diving too often and too deep. I on occasion lose complete control of my equilibrium, its a bit of a bitch but luckily I got a few hundred dives under my belt before it happened.
@Joe Stoner: Very true, it IS all about the knobs and vocoder, and the arpeggiator, so much fun to play on.
