only people stop playing because of these ass holes and Blizz has to spend cash in order to prevent the cheats from being used to protect the experience of users who play the game as its intended, as it was sold to them.

yeah APB ((befor it became Reloaded)) had its problems, but i still think what killed it was the mass amounts of cheating in that game. I KNOW its why I stopped playing it

even if he doesn’t know any better his lawyers probably do. Also if this dose have the added benafit of helping with the oculus case they may be will ((if its not illegal)) Oculus/facebook might be helping pay for said lawyers???

It also doesn’t help that they tend to flag not only lets plays but also reviews that easly fall into fair use and not a gray area like a lets play

I think this might be the first case won aswell as far as I am aware there is no legal precedent for it. or there wasn’t at lest.

if your talking about people useing there assets in there own project then yes nintendo has the right to shut that down.

how ever if I make a review or critical video useing a few clips from multiple nintendo games they have no right to steal that, slap adds on it ((if i had none)) and steal my work.
