Well, I thought that last week's episode of Arrow was great. Mainly because it was more or less of a rebound from the disjointed first 9 episodes of the season (even though it had some good episodes).

Arrow is refocused and hyped. We saw that in last week's episode "Left Behind." Well at least I did. I don't know what you thought about that episode.

This episode was AWESOME!!!!! It centered around the Flash fighting both Captain Cold and Heatwave. Meanwhile, Barry is trying to get faster so he can defeat the Reverse-Flash when he meets him again. There is also the subplot of Iris dealing with Barry's confession in the previous episode.
