there’s a reason he may not be parking in his driveway. i imagine this thing is super heavy. anyone who’s ever done a full house renovation knows you put in the driveway last to avoid construction vehicles damaging the driveway - that tank would likely destroy his concrete or tiled driveway (i’m assuming he has that

doesn’t aston use mercedes engines for their regular cars? perhaps they’ll pick up a used mercedes engine, re-engineer it slightly (maybe with porsche’s help), and call it an aston engine. and since porsche helped, it can speed along their own developement for the 2021 engine specs - porsche can test components for

i can KINDA say i did a red bull shoey haha. we did it as the opener to our (admittedly failed) red bull soapbox race - our team’s name was the shoey after all. and we did it after we won the people’s choice award.

drove the amalfi coast. silly ferrari behind me snarling angrily because i wouldn’t get out of the way.

ah yes, their exploding airbags. i agree, airbags not necessarily safer in the case of takata - 11 people that didn’t have to die. but overwhelming majority of people who have had their lives saved by this invention i would say trumps the dismissal of the safety of airbags.

like i’ve replied to other people, i know its his drift car. i subscribe to his channel on youtube. i like him, i like his videos, so on so on. i also know that his seat is FIA certified. my comment was simply saying that bucket seats are best in a track car (which obviously this is). i was saying that blanket

what about them? they make exploding airbags, seat belt harnesses that’s super jdm, and seats. and their fixed back seats that i’ve seen are FIA homologated - exactly what i was saying you should get if you get a bucket seat.

i follow him too! he has some great videos. like i responded to userconnected, i was commenting this potentially isn’t the best idea in a daily driven car. i’m all for bucket seats (particularly halo style) in track cars.

thus my comment about liking my bucket seats in my race car but not in a daily driven car. wasn’t commenting that he shouldn’t put a bucket seat in his track car.

does the passenger seat have a seat weight sensor to know when to deploy the dash airbag? or does it just go off when the inevitable mustang crash happen? i agree adjustable backs are more comfortable, as long as the tilt mechanism is strong and won’t collapse during impact. i’ve heard too many horror stories about

actually i’m more than a decade older than that. and what does age have to do with owning a car with airbags in the seats? when hyundais had seat installed airbags in 2003, i would say this was in many cars for a long time. and and while this particular mustang may not have airbags in the seat, the article isn’t

i love bucket seats...in my race car. i fail to see how replacing your factory seats that have airbags with a bucket seat is safer when it comes to daily driving. and if your seat isn’t fia certified, then ever worse.

wait, who takes his spot then? button?

...he’s talking about engine torque

many of the dealerships in socal are currently advertising $49, $59, and $69 a month deals. all of them are 10k miles/year. for a daily commuter, that is enough. great as a second car. decent if you don’t travel outside of your work/home area too much.

that makes no sense whatsoever. what places are you going to - you really can’t call that sushi then. it’s like going to panda express and calling that chinese food. it technically is...it’s just not in any way authentic

well this is all explained by the fact that as a country, they’re upside down and drive on the wrong side of the road.

is it okay to be supporting stream ripping companies like this? this is actually illegal to do. i’m not saying i never pirated as a youth, but this only hurts what meager amounts of money youtube creators and music artists make per view/etc.

depends on where you go. different terms for the same thing

oh i know the celica was once rwd and at one point had awd. i’m just saying that i do not find it believable that toyota will build yet another chassis to do an extremely niche car. so unless some manufacturer wants to partner and develop another low volume sports car (see gt86), the next sporty car from toyota will
