I didn't buy Dirt and wish I had...I will be buying this. Codemasters is doing a great job at making these games feel extremely smooth and responsive. Try turning off all the "helper" AI and give it a try, truly amazing.

eh, to me just looks like more of the same. not that that's a bad thing, just doesn't grab me as much as i'd like it to.

eh...the poor quality pics from the magazine are actually what I expect to see visually when the game comes out.

@PearceShea: I agree about the movement to "realistic" feeling gameplay. WOW doesn't have the best graphics and everything looks cartoony, but that was done on purpose and it all fits well together.

I'm excited about this release...but I have to say, I didn't like the cheesy blood splatter on the screen effects. Kind of cheapens the feel of the game to me. Nice beheading, nice blood splatter elsewhere, just didn't like the splats on the screen.

Just wanted to add I thought this was a great writeup and quite interesting that not many people have anything to comment about on the topic.

It's the best I've seen so far. Conan was funny, but this was dead on in every way. Course, by the comments, maybe not the ending...but you know I haven't finished it...so I can't say.

I am not a member of facebook or any other social network. But I was and will always be a fan of Threewave. Their CTF mod for quake 2 encompassed some of the most fun multi player gaming I've ever experienced. Simple fun.
