I would add (anecdotally and from 20 years personal experience going on interviews) that if you’re faced with 2-3 interviewers who write down literally every word you say in the interview, run for the hills. I’ve had this countless times and it’s reliably proven to be a bad bad sign. If your interviews arrive with 27
