WTF? There has got to be a nuisance ordinance or a noise ordinance in that town.

Fun fact about a noose-it’s specifically designed to be difficult-if not impossible-to loosen once it’s tightened around something. The point is, don’t put one around your neck or anyone else’s neck unless you want them to die of strangulation.
