Surprising to see him get the sack as an edge rusher; usually Peace comes from within.
The Oakland Raiders: 40 percent of a football team on 80 percent of a football field.
So an exchange rate of 1.25? That's about right.
His name is Whett Thudd. Modern scouts, with their algorithms and advanced metrics, will tell you he’s too small and too slow to make an NFL roster. But what those bean-counters can’t see on their spreadsheets, what old-school football men know in their hearts, is that this former Appalachian State standout linebacker…
Had the game winning muffed punt recovery against MTSU in the Maaco Auto Paint and Collision Repair Bowl if I remember correctly.
Whett Thudd is actually an undrafted linebacker out of Appalachian State who stands a good shot at making the Raiders’ 53-man roster.
“i kissed a girl, she disliked it” probably wouldn’t have been as big a hit
Interesting article, but I disagree that her case exemplifies sex work as being devalued. The author writes as if Mia Khalifa was famous before going into porn which is not the case. She became famous because of the few porn scenes she shot. In particular, she became famous because she wore a hijab in a couple of…
“despite the fact that Khalifa performed in but a handful of films, despite the fact that she says she was in the industry for “three or four” short months”
Shouldn’t be anyone’s business but his. You wonder why some people want to tell everyone in society to go to hell, well this is one reason why so what if he’s a crazy old hoarder, if he’s paying for the land let him do it. Don’t really own your property, can’t control anything and society just thumbs it’s nose at you…
That’s awesome. All the times he drove him to travel baseball or took off early from work, or travelled to podunk to see him playing in the minors and then to get to see that? Fucking incredible.
There’s some pretty good artists on this unheard list, but that top 20 is brutal. 1999 was a terrible year for popular music. Especially for a young man who was mostly into Rock. It got so bleak that I was listening to P.O.D. and Creed. [shudder]
Yeah that part I didn't get either. Spacey was brilliant in it. Spacey has such an energy about him in that and other movies, that it's always amazing to me when I see him in interviews and he's kind of a dork. That man can act.
I can understand it not being a favorite of someones, but to do anything but praise Spacey/Benning's performances in that movie is absurd.
