I went to a con when I was younger like 16. It was odd as I was too young to engange in any of the zany late night activities. Jugding from some of the stories from the other women posting - I'll count myself lucky.

Moments like this seriously have me considering dreads or shaving my head.

I find that as a career intern as long as you dress neatly and somewhat conservatively there never is an issue. Though if I wore some of those items at my previous internships it would have been weird. Granted, the majority of my internships were in indie fashion not corporate.

@duetoprivacy: Forever 21/Target/Walmart is not going to really cut it at a fashion magazine. The quality is just really so low it is a shame.

Can I ask a serious question. What is up with her use of the Valley Girl voice? What exactly is she using that for? I feel it is kind of insulting, but I'm not sure who or why.

Religion is very different from enganging in a bi-cultural/race relationship. Having 2 very different views requires one person being willing to comprimise if they both have firm + opposing views.

My favorite thing about true blood spoilers is that they really don't spoil the show. Like, even if I knew the major plot points the show is still insane enough to surprise inbetween.
