Yeah, flying isn’t bad (I personally don’t love it). What’s actually bad is how we’ve let the system become. Parking/being dropped off, the TSA, shoving through lines, crammed into smaller seats, deplaning, we’re doing it ourselves and don’t care.

Longest used to be 14.5 hours.  I’d make sure that I’d have enough breaks to stand up and walk around during that time that I *didn’t* have to immediately stand up and stretch my legs the minute the plane landed.  If you’re seated for 12+ hours straight, you’re literally asking for a blood clot.
