you’re from Russia or a moron. Clinton wasn’t perfect, Trump was a monster. If you can’t understand nuance , you should probably remove yourself from democracy because you are not helping.

I understand - barely - sort of - I guess - this notion that Hilary was A Liar, because for some people once you get caught in a lie you’re A Liar and if A Liar is running against someone else, these are the kinds of people who’ll clap their hands over their ears and say LA LA LA LA LA to prevent them from having to…
I don’t know all Trump supporters, so I’m not going to say they’re all bigots. I do know, however, that Trump’s bigotry wasn’t a dealbreaker for them. They were okay with him when he said Mexico sends us drug dealers and rapists. They were okay when he said we might need to ban Muslims or make them register.
The only problem with that is they, through their actions, create that negative and dangerous society. You can’t burn your house to the ground and then complain you have nowhere to live.
“You’re intolerant of my desire to have a white enthnostate! Why won’t the Jews recognize and appreciate my desire to wipe them from the face of the Earth! Wahhhhhh!”
You know what’s funny? You vote against your own interests and then blame liberals for your vote. Meanwhile, you’re also claiming the mantle of personal responsibility. Much like you point out when a child makes a horrible decision and then teach them that actions have consequences, Trump voters need to be reminded…
Who made the rule saying the “tolerant left” had to be tolerant to the intolerant? Get that shit out of here.
Why should we be tolerant of intolerance? It’s a paradox, that if you’re tolerant of intolerance, eventually the intolerance wins. When you placate fascists and demagogues, you empower them. For all the conservative crowing about personal responsibility, they’re awfully quick to point fingers and shirk their own…
This. Exactly this. I was going to make that same observation that free speech is a slippery slope. If you give bigots and Nazi’s a platform, then somewhere someone hears their message after being down on his or her luck and someone telling them “it’s not your fault, it’s the Jews/blacks/gays etc.” pricks their ears…
While I agree, I honestly don’t have a lot of sympathy at this point? It’s not that everyone is a bigoted monster on his level, it’s that at some point you have to have some integrity or you get judged with the company you keep. The difference between Trump and a shitty boyfriend is that everyone else around you…
They’re scared. If there was a more positive and safe society they could join, they would.
“it’s not as if that pathological liar Hilary was any better!”
“I’m left wing”
Look, there’s an exception to every rule. And being steadfastly intolerant of intolerance (while simultaneously pushing back against politically-correct OVERREACH) exemplifies the paradoxical ‘sweet spot’ of a ‘radical-middle’ perspective.
If you’re “left wing” and actually believe Clinton wasn’t a better choice than Trump, you’re either delusional or a liar and you’re not “left wing.” The vacant seat on the Supreme Court was enough of a reason to hold your nose and vote for Clinton. This isn’t a civics class or an ethics class. Elections have practical…
No the fuck I’m not, idiot. You don’t see me hoping for ethnic cleansing.
Intolerant of what? Bigots? Sorry. That doesn’t wash.
Why do morons like you think we should be tolerant of intolerant motherfuckers like you? We’ve never said we tolerated bigots. Nor should we.
You’re a fucking idiot. If they weren’t fucking vile humans voting in bigots constantly then I’d have nothing to hate on. You vote for what you are, moron. You represent who you choose to put into office.
