Yes. That’s how my Dad has managed to support his flying addiction all these years. He’s been part-owner several aircraft - everything from the ubiquitous Cessna to a Beechcraft Bonanza and a Piper Cherokee 6, IIRC.  Stereotypically, he’s an MD, and all of the co-owners have been other MDs or business owners.
