I don’t know, there have always been comedians who rile up some sensitive audience members. I don’t think he’s afraid of change but there are some changes that he’s not thrilled with, but he’s not alone with that.

Well it’s obviously tolerated by a lot of people, Joe had a massive following.  It’s not your taste, ok.  But it IS entertaining for many many people.

You are absolutely right, it’s an echo chamber. And then no one wants to comment because… why bother? But you would think the AV Club would realize that lively discussion keeps people coming back to the website. This site and Jezebel seem to actively turn away readers.

If you are too sensitive for the content, just don’t attend comedy shows. Comics should be able to say cutting edge stuff; that’s usually why it’s funny. It’s not for everyone and that’s ok.

Bari Weiss is brilliant.  And she left The NY Times.  

And obviously a lot of people like what he has to say.  

He’s not afraid of being cancelled.  He never would be, he knows that.  He’s worried about the future, for others.

They only approve of the comments that are in complete agreement with them.  It’s almost funny.  Some great “discussion!”

We watched Sam and Cat (Salmon Cat) too, and I finally had to stop- her voice really annoyed me.

I think Greene is just an asshole. And I actually think it’s dangerous for AOC to say that she’s “unwell.” Mental health is serious and not up for just anyone to throw at someone.  You don’t treat her, you don’t know anything about her mental health.

I have zero sympathy for someone crying to the world that he wants to be his own man and stand on his own two feet… while he lives in a home 99.999% of the world could never afford after daddy gave him money from the family trust.
