Another way to identify these police interceptor Explorers is the absence of roof rails. I haven’t seen a fleet Explorer with them installed!

Range Rovers have aged well in looks, the mechanics probably not so much.

Very cool! Thank you for the link. Good story.

It is possible to import from Canada —there is a user on VWVortex who was able to do so by invoking the “Substantially Similar” clause.

What are the laws with importing a car from Canada? Can you do it in this instance to get a top spec /w manual?

Spare?

92 grand gets you a home....?

That teardrop signifies murder... of the driver’s will to drive something vaguely interesting.

An even bigger crime was that it lost TWO cup holders in the process. Still want a 9-7x Aero. Had an 04 Trailblazer from new to 175k miles. Good trucks.

Only got rid of it because I needed a commuter car with better gas mileage and didn’t want to pay more than the car was worth replacing the timing chain. All the praise people are saying is true. It was quick and

Why doesn't BMW just offer one car, but you come in and a tailor measures you, touches your balls, makes some chalk marks on the car, then you pick it up a week later? That's not much different from the current carbuying experience, except for the measuring and chalk part.

because the V6 versions (post 2010) are actually legit performance cars.

I thought this was all settled in the case of Finders v. Keepers

To be fair, it was limited to an extended test drive but man...underwhelmed, though that may have to do more with expectations rather than delivery.
