Shouldn’t affect the flavor. It is added to make the proteins drop out and clear it up during fermentation. I don’t know what they will replace it with but irish moss is probably an option which is an algae so vegan friendly.

I kind of do this with my wife. We pre-package our breakfasts for the week in ziplock bags because we cook at work. She has 2 eggs and a slice of toast, I have a breakfast sandwich with 1 egg, 2 pieces of bread, and 2 slices of cheese. I do it all in the skillet though.

I keep it simple. I used to never eat breakfast. After starting to go back to the gym about a year ago I can handle breakfast after the gym. If I don’t go I have to be up for several hours before I can even touch food.
