I wonder how the krausen will be. I have to imagine the higher gravity of earth helps keep it down a little bit but even an overly active fermentation without a large blow off tube will cause a mess. I have to imagine that the lower gravity of the moon would cause a crazy sized krausen to form on top of the fermenter.
