Even the bodywork is disappointing. No widebody fenders? It looks too much like Grandma’s impreza.
Most (many?) turbo vehicles don’t. Up until the Ascent, all turbo Subaru did have a scoop.
WRX still has the scoops, even on the 2019 models. They only removed the scoops from the non-turbo models that didn’t need it to feed the TMIC.
Subaru went through a period of hood scoops on their WRX and Foresters, back in their fledgeling period. They axed them on the later, more mature models so they didn’t have that same “boy-racer” look.
The VW dealer is that way ------>
Suede, I only have a premium XT, not a Touring.

Sorry Patrick - It’s not bad for a mid level trim. This sir is no STI.
Dear Subaru,
“Not bad” as in “it’s like a diesel or something.” I didn’t say it was fast.
It’s the new STI trim that stands for “So...That’s It?”
Yeah it’ll just be the STI trim, with STI wheels, exhaust, bodywork and zero performance gains. Just like the Impreza “sport” or whatever the fuck that means.
This is based on the upcoming Forester eBoxer Hybrid, which has a combined system output of about 155 horsepower and 187 lb-ft of torque—not bad but not STI-worthy, either.
turbo manual hatchback. give it to me NOW.
I never tire of watching stuff like that.
I swear there’s been a Tornado watch declared on our center console due to the temperature difference between my wife and I.
Dual zone AC was DEFINITELY invented by a married man...
this is the PD’s try at avoiding admitting fault for the eventual civil action that will come from this accident.
Anyone else have issues with their statements?
