It was completed May 29, 2009 and had been scheduled for general release February 5, 2010 and 'delayed indefinitely' by MGM because of the bankruptcy.

No worrys, mate. I stayed away from a lot of the movie figures (though some were actually pretty good) and stuck mainly with the 'Generations' line- which were re-imaginings of the G1 series.

While G1 is the standard, there are newer ones that are really good. Sure, diecast is good, but the tricks they can do nowadays is plain amazing. You should look at the Alternator and Masterpiece lines...

I have pretty much said I am done with Hasbro after their behavior over the last year with their Transformers line.
