That assumes she talked about the rape in therapy. She could have been there for a completely different reason, which is why having the judge determine relevance is a key protection.

If it relates to the mental health treatment, you mean? Or if it relates to their treatment of her regarding the rape, which is what it sounds like? She could have been seeing this therapist for anorexia or compulsive hair pulling or something.
