His method isn't much different than mine. I'm usually up at 5 am, take an hour to contemplate my day ahead, dress and leave for work around 7 am, arriving at the office between 7:30 - 8 am (traffic dependent). I then take an hour to eat and take care of personal items at 12 pm. Then leave work between 3:30 - 4 pm

I agree, especially since the season just started. MLS Scoreboard 2011 is available in the app store. I linked to it earlier with a tips tag.

League Specific Android Sports App for Major League Soccer: MLS MatchDay 2011

I have successfully upgraded my phone to a G2 using this offer. Be aware of the fine print for the deal. I've highlighted some key phrases:

It's available to upgraders. I just got a G2. Be aware there is an $18 upgrade fee. It's hidden in the terms.

It makes tons of sense if you consider the advertising revenue to be had in conjunction with the wedding business.

I called me T-mobile store and confirmed. Existing customers, who are eligible for an upgrade, are eligible for this offer. This is a great deal. I've been eying a G2 for a long time. The nice thing about T-mobile is they allow you to unlock your phone after 6 months. And the nice thing about Android is you can

@FritzLaurel: It was. It isn't anymore. It was part of the reorganization with the financial crisis. They spun off their consumer banking arm.

I get a huge effective interest rate due to the Green$ense program at Citizens Bank (owned by RBS). $.10 per every transaction that could have been done with paper that is done with a debit/check card or via online BillPay instead. Up to $120 per year. I was about to switch to Ally for the free ATMs but figured I'd

@kcunning: Hah. Close. No I'm in financial software. My customers are all broker-dealers.

@MrMonkeyMonk: We're use it or lose it. If you haven't used your hours by December 31st, then they're gone.

Or, be like my coworkers (eff them) who all take the last 4 weeks of the year off at the same time so nothing gets done the month of December when they realize if they don't use their vacation, they'll lose it.

@grysl: Agreed, I have a hanging over thermometer for this reason

Joanne Chang also has a new book out I highly recommend and if you're in the Boston area you should check out her bakery and her restaurant, Meyers + Chang (they're the ones who tweeted about the customer who forgot their doggie bag and wanted a $50 gift certificate)

Apps that don't let you move them to the SD card (Facebook, Twitter) and apps that allow you to move them to the SD card but then you can't use widgets or they don't start-up properly (Google Voice)

@quixiotic: It's only for complete system failures, but I have to be on hand since I'm the only one in for the first hour in the morning. Most of the other SLAs (system data load issues or defects) are within 1 business day.

I get up at 4:30 am and have to run reports that are due by 5 am. During that time I read and clean-up my email, flagging emails that need to be responded to once our support hours begin or involve tasks I want to complete later. I then go take a shower, get dressed and head to the office with a clean Inbox. I'm in

@TheTodd: See what I noted above about your display brightness as well.

@josh97: Turn down the brightness on your display. It's scary how much battery life it saves and how low you can go without actually needed it full on bright.
