Paid almost $600 to Feds and will get about $325 back from the state. I need to adjust my W4 for Fed considering the decrease in withholding this year
I'm trying to take that next step in cooking, so I can be more creative with my recipes. I really would like to find a good book on cooking techniques and the more 'scientific' aspects of cooking (foods that mesh well together, proportions, ratios, etc). I'll definitely check out the two resources linked.
@Red Wicket Market Farm: Until I went to the actual article, I missed these were peeled. Brown eggs don't dye well, for obvious reasons.
@Jason: I run on a Mac and backup to an external drive every few hours, so I don't think about it. :)
File on your computer.
@Coffenated: Cooking an egg, and not just scrambled, is one of the techniques that demonstrates a truly great chef. The technique is the question, not taste, although one generally depends on the other.

I posted about this on my blog this morning, along with my basic (not proportonal) recipe. Sundried tomatoes, spinach, feta and egg in an 8" (maybe 10") wheat tortilla. Nummy.
My problem is the sink I have is a pedestal sink. We have a column that goes from basin to floor. We have the box next to the sink, between the litter locker and the cat litter container (converted from a pet food storage container). Since I had no bathroom storage, I bought one of those over the toilet organizers…
I've also used soy yogurt in place of cream in some vegan recipes.
Honestly, I thought Monday would make more sense, giving most carriers a Sunday/Monday weekend, like hairdressers.
I had a 1996 Pontiac Firebird. You know the one with the flip-up headlights. They inevitably broke and I had the one headlight up look going. The mechanic and dealership wanted to replace the entire headlight for > $400. I did some research online and found out the problem was that GM in their infinite wonderful…
