The idea of “loving” your insurance is just completely antiquated. Maybe in the old days, when employment (with benefits) at the same place was, if not lifelong, at least many years. But in today’s gig economy that is just not applicable at all.  

The premise sounds like something I’d actually watch.  Except for the fact of the two very bad people in the leads.  Hard pass.

All I can say is that the good feeling I had on Jan 20th lasted less than a week. It’s pretty clear they’re not going to convict trump, nothing will happen to Cruz and Hawley; Greene can say and do anything she wants and might get a “talking-to.” I’m really losing hope for this country.

Fauci just said today that it does seem to be more lethal.

I don’t know when you first posted that gif, or if it was even you, but after I saw it I had to do it too. Though my dog didn’t have as good aim nor as perfectly formed stool. But for the moment, it still made me feel better.

It’s amazing how at the inauguration, despite everyone being heavily masked, I could still immediately identify Ted Cruz.

I thought he was a deeply deeply stupid and incompetent man. I tried to tell myself that when it comes down to it, the president doesn’t have all the power - he really relies on his cabinet - so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. What I did not anticipate is how truly incompetent everyone in his cabinet was going to be.

OMG, that would have been fun!  But he’s too much of a “mensch” to spoil Biden’s day like that. 

Yeah.  I get embarrassed to think what I was like at her age.  Heck, I’m twice her age now and don’t have half the poise she does.  

You said it so well.  Prior to the official inauguration, I could understand the historic significance intellectually.  But it was the official swearing in that brought out the feels.  I was bawling!!  And as they were leaving, that long hug between Madam Vice President and Michelle Obama.  So beautiful!
