As someone who has served in the army I can say with authority that the Army needs to have an outside investigative and prosecutorial agency in charge of all sexual harassment and assault cases.

Unfortunately, while I’m equally disturbed by the story, I’d very much disagree with you on there being fault in the reporting process and the consigning of G/O writing on the military or veterans over the last four or five years as background props for whatever else they’re advocating for.
