“Shoot it, dad, shoot it!” “Wait, let me set the ISO to 1600 so I can get the shutter speed below 1/16, that thing is really moving! Damn, he’s backlit! I’ll have to force a fill flash."

The bear just wanted dad to come out so they could have a selfie together, he’s in competition on Yellowstone’s furbook page with the other wildlife to get selfies with tourists
Oblig. (The things I do for you lot...)
You shouldn’t have said that:
The 5 door Elantra has been called the Elantra GT forever.
Tom, you are reaching dangerous levels of sarcasm. When this much sarcasm is placed together you can create a critical mass of snark that will detonate and consume good intentions within a one week radius.
Pick-your-part junkyard tesla? NOW we can say Tesla is mainstream legit.
While the GT4 Stinger sure is a handsome car, I think Kia really missed the boat by not producing the Soul’ster.
What we need is a RWD hot hatch. Coupes are great and all but some of us need to be able to haul things larger than a suitcase. And most of us are active and could use a roof rack. I wish we had an option for a 2dr RWD hatch. Make something that looks like this but that i can afford.
I currently have a ‘13 Veloster turbo. My previous cars were an FC RX7, NA Miata, S13 240SX, Protege 5. Steering feel is vague at times but quite honestly you get used to it. There are few minutes tweaks that are very common to up the feel and responsiveness. A rear torsion bar, front rigid collars, strut bar,(all 3…
If you’re looking for a cheap car for commute, consider waiting for the Elantra Sport (which other outlets have covered, though Jalop seems to have ignored). It’s going to get the 1.6T from the Veloster Turbo, but in the (in my opinion, better) Elantra chassis. I'm likely to get one if they confirm they will make an…
My SO has the naturally aspirated one. It’s plenty entertaining for a commute. Remember the CRX? It turns similar numbers to an Si. (People think it doesn’t, but USDM stock CRXes were not anywhere close to as fast as people think they remember them being).
Just to clarify for those that haven’t watched the viddy yet ... General Mayhem is the 68 Charger from their show, and is *not* featured in this event other than a short clip just to show people who that car is. General Maintenance is a 2015 Charger Hellcat that they painted to match the General Mayhem. That car *is*…
I wonder what engines two people could carry. A local Pic-A-Part is having a sale soon where for $50 a person can get whatever they want as long as them and a partner can carry it 20 feet. That is LeMons fodder right there.
I’d trust North Korean baby formula before I'd trust CF wheels from GM.
POWAAAAA
I disagree. Starting out with a tarted-up Sonata would definitely make the whole thing a joke. Launching with a serious contender is the right way to establish the brand. Plus this is not new territory for them, they already have the Eqqus and Genesis.
People who are still stuck in the past when it comes to Korean car stereotypes aren’t the target buyer anyawy. Like I said Hyundai customers tend to be pretty loyal (according to the studies) as the customers’ income increases this is an opportunity to keep them in the fold.
My default answer is always Hyundai/Kia
That blue is freaking gorgeous... I would almost consider it for that alone... Otherwise, it looks like an S-Class coupe with dwarfism.
