I actually remember this show. It was a spin off of Family Ties. For years I swear recalling an episode where their teenage son actually went on a date or something with Julie Louis Dreyfus. I have to assume my memory is making that one up.

Never trust a pilot episode’s special effects. The show has a lot more time to spend on them. Only once you get into the regular weekly episodes can you judge how the effects will be.

I’m not sure she has an audience anymore.
