I’m 31 and just picked this up again this year after doodling all the time in highschool. I’m an engineer now, and probably have more merit there than I ever will drawing, but I love the creative outlet. And to be honest, as a hobby you’ll probably maintain more joy out of it for longer than if it were a job.

Congrats man, it’s extremely competitive. But everything takes perseverance. Keep at it.

I’m also curious about this. Depends on the contract involved. If LG made the parts out of spec, then they would be liable. If it’s due to a design issue, GM could be at fault. In reality, after all thepolitics, it’s probably somewhere in between.

This is actually very interesting to me. Especially since you have the data. By what means are they increasing the price? Is it directly to the MSRP, or are there sneakier, less noticeable, methods involved here (ie fees, discontinuing cheaper content, etc)?

Well, I don’t think anyone is getting “screwed” in this sense. Tesla just seems to be adjusting their price to keep up with changing costs in the supply chain and other business metrics. The point OP is saying is that Tesla doesn’t “screw” people over because they don’t have to bake in additional costs for the dealers…

Yeah, I looked it up after the fact. The initial one was grey with blue accents, this one is blue. Blue is so synonymous with Bugatti, I think my brain just kind of melded previous blue Bugatti’s and the Divo. I guess it’s not really news in my mind that Bugatti made a blue Bugatti. Still love this car though.

From what I understand, their toolboxes and jacks are legit. Otherwise I’d say if you’re only going to use the tool a couple times and it won’t potentially endanger your life if something goes wrong, go for it. But you won’t see me getting any power tools at Harbor Freight.

Yep, suppliers are still figuring out where they’ve screwed up in their process for some parts. Assembly issues are being figured out at the plant. And occasionally, they’re still fixing a poorly designed component that was fixed “enough” but will roll out the real fix later.
