My mistake. Model Y with the Model 3.

This small animation may help explain why we need to slow the spread of Covid-10

I agree to an extent. To answer your question, the main difference here is all of the public health policy and social distancing going on. Yes, fear purely based on getting sick should have absolutely no affect. But due to the policies, people are changing their behaviors, such as going to movies, restaurants,

+1 for limping a car along for a short commute and rolling the dice on longer drives.

The last of the non-european style vans lives on.

I suspect that the CF is pretty much overkill for the torsional rigidity. They could drop some weight, but it would involve putting holes in the body and something that doesn’t look like it should be driving down the road. So between trying to make a nice, beautiful, conventional body and the extensive use of carbon

Torsional stiffness is not reported out frequently. It is however a great indicator as to how well the car will react while driving. A vehicle with very low torsional stiffness will feel more numb, and not feel like it’s reacting to your steering as well because basically the body is taking it’s sweet time to twist

This is really an underappreciated car, and I think relatively forgotten compared to the CERV Corvettes, all while arguably pushing more extreme engineering.

You mention that the front LSD provides torque vectoring through two clutch packs on each side of the differential. Is this still a passive system or an eLSD that can individually control each clutch pack?

As someone who is intimately familiar with what you’re talking about. I can feel your pain reading through these comments. It’s like a full body cringe that I cant shake.

When will they address the biggest issue with the Apple Watch? The Battery life.

This picture of a Nexus 5 is bring back the warm and fuzzies. Probably the best phone I’ve ever had. Unfortunately every other phone that I’ve gotten from Google has been a complete disaster before finally moving over to the iPhone last year. I’ve been completely 100% satisfied with the iPhone.... but there will

Came here to say this. Most of what was stated was basic physics.

Ugh, this type of future seems all too likely.

Right no one wants to spend 35K on what is basically a Honda Fit.

Yeah, right now, people get Tesla’s because they are the best EV’s available. Not necessarily the best cars available but the best EV’s. And I totally get that.

I’m guessing the idea is as we approach full autonomy (or at least partial) there will be a better role for the screens to entertain the occupants. I have no idea what is in store for SuperCruise or these screens, but that’s my best bet as to where we see these interiors going.
