As someone who worked at a company that was part of an FBI investigation let me tell you, demanding loyalty is sketchy as fuck. I was asked to sign an NDA and was told in no uncertain terms to comply fully with law enforcement. No one ever even hinted that I should be loyal. That looks so, so bad.
