@Worf: The poles are generated by movements within the Earth's inner and outer cores, though the exact process isn't exactly understood. They're also constantly in flux, moving a few degrees every year, but the changes are almost never of such a magnitude that runways require adjusting, said Paul Takemoto, a spokesman

@jmd1513: I believe most, if not all of the incidences were within 3 weeks of each other.

@UltimateFlank: And I am sure each and every occurrence is because they all ate something bad, or was it fireworks, or was it a car hit them, or because it was cold? I for one don't believe everything I hear/read, and this just seems a little odd. Sure animals die all the time, sometimes in mass, but this gives me

@That Guy: Yeah, I have taken a few added measures though, stocking up on some canned goods/plenty of water, just in case. I do live in a highly earthquake susceptible area, so these are things I should have on hand anyways, but this is kind of adding fuel to the fire and making me double check my reserves.

@That Guy: Or not. You never really know to be honest, it might be nothing it might be a precursor to something bigger. We cannot really say either way. Cataclysmic events have happened in the past, and will happen again, we are not immune from them, not in the least.

@poorleno: If you zoom out on the map, it shows more from around the world.

@RacecarBoobTat: And here I thought I was the only one who did that.

@daqman: I'm sure the birds saw other birds falling to their deaths making news, so they followed suit.

@minibeardeath: From December last year, to now. 3 weeks to a month.

Look at the dock, now back at me, now back to the dock, the dock is now diamonds.

Have fun at CES!
