@skittlzncombos: Hahaha no, I will be sad that day. I tend to upgrade my stuff every few product refreshes though, so in a year or two more, I'll get that versions iPad, give my current one to my niece, and my satisfaction will be restored.

This gives me an even bigger smug sense of satisfaction about pulling the trigger and getting an iPad release day.
