On the negative side, I bought a black 3DS XL 2 months ago,

but on the positive side, that silver one is uglay

The only thing this has to actually do with Kotaku is it being made from an old console. And that's not enough.

If my 3DS breaks or something I'm gonna lose all the games, I'd rather import them for the price of 2 weeks and 8 more dollars per game.

But if it's software and someone convinces them that would mean they could patch out the region lock, right?

Honestly I think SNK was kind of overrated ( I watched ALL of it... Half of each episode was a rewind to the previous one, and there is just endless, humorless, boring talks.)

And the ending of the season didn't really solve any mysteries, new plot elements were just introduced over and over and the whole conclusion…

Perhaps people who live in Europe or America don't really care... but I live in a country where there is no official region, usually we get PAL stuff but it's extremely expensive and so I had to buy a 3DS in the US and can only buy games from there. And buying games that also have physical box versions really blows.
