This makes me legitimately happy.
This makes me legitimately happy.
Watching the character in the video run backwards, from right to left, purposefully missing coins missed in the first place was SUPER disorienting and goes against everything I know as a gamer. Hardest game ever.
I've never played a Layton game (only got the 3DS a month ago and will be working through Nintendo's awesome backlog for a while) - would you recommend going through the previous Layton games first or is this a good place to jump in for first-timers?
This completely blew my mind when I played it the first time.
Since Double Fine usually doesn't do sequels, and this is a sequel, this gives me hope for a Psychonauts 2!
I could spend so much time staring at this one. There's just something about it...
A big part of this game were the emotions the player felt and projected on to the main character, which just doesn't translate the same way to film.
I'm surprised the poll is trending toward "hate 'em" - I assumed I was in the minority!
Well, just looking at this has spiked my cholesterol.
"Its not like its something they can easily add to the game."
Mind = blown
I could watch this GIF for hours.
Kids say the darndest things. You would too if you had no education.
This is a Dave I know I know, this is a Dave I know.
If I ever get to visit Japan, I'll inevitably spend thousands of dollars on snack foods.
I'm looking for sailors.
Oh God, it's the GTAV jetpack all over again.
This jump (and several others) are best done on a dirt bike or motorcycle. They just about always land upright, where as cars will pitch forward and almost always land on metal before tires (resulting in a rage-inducing FAILED). Once I started using a bike I knocked out my stunt jumps toward 100% pretty quickly.
I quit on exactly the same level (421 if I remember right). Between the tornadoes and the game sometimes deciding "NO MATCHES RESHUFFLE LAWL" when your only move is two striped candies next to each other, i.e. the objective, I wasn't having fun anymore.
The "protagonists" in GTAV were rapists, murderers, psychopaths. HOW would making one of them a woman be at all a positive depiction?
