I have a harmony integrated with alexa... so I have it set for two commands, one turning the tv on to my cable box, and one turning it on to my gaming HTPC. ‘Alexa, turn on the TV’ or ‘Alexa, turn on the computer’ is all I need.. to turn it off I just tell her to turn off the tv. Just my experience.

Yeah, right - again it’s a case of teaching your employees to make good decisions. That’s corporate culture 101 and hopefully someone takes note.

Here’s the takeaway: companies should empower their employees to make the right decision. The right decision in this case is to override the system and sell this water for 10$ a case or whatever cases of water cost. Best Buy’s employees didn’t feel they were empowered to do that, so they didn’t do that.
