This is my mom. Work, which she has difficulty keeping up with, and sleep. And I work far from home and so am not as available as I should be. It breaks my heart.

I lost my father last summer too, and it was awful. Just awful. He and my mom were married for 40 years and he was very sick at the end which is maybe the hardest part to get over.
