I wouldn't say Microsoft is on a slow decline. That gives people the impression that Microsoft could be losing money - which is not true at all. Microsoft still pulls in multiple times as much profit as Apple does.

Sad thing is, we used to have a Marketplace a long time ago. I think it's been removed since WP7 came out though. Glad to have it back though, I missed browsing for podcasts in the marketplace. It's tedious to have to manually add them.
