I had a Countryman that I got instead of a GTI (never again will let the wife have input)- while not quite apples to apples, I believe the new clubman is actually bigger than a Countryman. I regretted not having purchased the GTI every time I looked at the Mini.

Don’t understand the push back on electric. They drive superior (tesla, i3) - quicker, instant response, etc... to ICE cars.

We have demanded a fix for ours...The 3.0L- shouldn’t be that hard since it already has the urea tank.

As an owner of a VW engined diesel... Don’t buy VW’s products. There are tons of the options out there.

As an owner of a VW dieseled engine vehicle- Don’t support these lying a-holes at VW. Sure the GTI is a great car, but there are many better options that don’t involve fraud.
