Some of us have the capacity to not care about either cursing or blowjobs.

Because they think Trump hates “the blacks” more and that’s good enough for them.

I’ll just back to listening the The College Dropout and pretend this never happened.

One needn’t be a snob to think that the dough/base is an essential part of making a pizza worth eating. Man, I have eaten some things in my day - both to be cheap and because I just love eating, and I am not a snob. I may have even taken a piece of white bread and thrown some pasta sauce and a piece of cheese under a

I’ve had several frozen pizzas that are better than most of the chains. They still aren’t very good but they are better than chain pizza most of the time.

I mean, I like making “pizzas” out of different things - english muffins can be decent, for example, but it’s still not a pizza.

Digiorno pizzas at the cheapest store in my area are over $5 unless on sale. Pretty much the only sub $5 (non-party or single serving) pizzas are store brand and Tombstone. I haven’t had a Little Caesar pizza since 2010 but they had less taste than the cheapest generic frozen pizza at the time.

This seems like the least sexual couple in the history of people having sex.

You could also take an SSRI and have your wife/girlfriend/whatever think you are not attracted to her at all.

Oh, OK. I don’t pay any fees and neither does my wife or biz partner, but maybe that’s because we all have business accounts and use the balance.

I’ve been there just over a year. My hourly rate is/was over $15, but as I explained this is a pay cut for me and most of the existing workers at my facility. The $15 as the lowest rate is a new thing as of 11/1. I started at $15 last year because my facility had a higher building rate than some buildings. I have

Thanks for commenting. I don’t think many people understand this. Even some of my co-workers tried to rationalize that it would work out about the same, but these are guys that live to use UPT and haven’t even looked at their stock accounts. My AM was talking up the raise at standup but just No. PA tried to spin it in

Some workers got a good deal I’m sure, especially part-timers and lower volume facilities. But those of us who never miss work without using vacation or PTO, were looking forward to stocks vesting, and already were making $15/hr or close to it (some entry level shifts in my facility already started at $17-18 and the

Ah, OK. I’ve used Paypal for business for 18 years and also use it for “send money to a friend” with $0 fee (since I can use my balance and always have one). So I never really needed an alternative. Plus I don’t do many shared expense social activities.

Normal Amazon employees always got RSUs, which aren’t really options and certainly have a list of cons to go along with them, but were part of the initial job offer compensation package and part of the “total compensation” that was touted at every meeting they’ve ever had. When you get hired you get a Morgan Stanley

At least the Amazon robots malfunction constantly, so I expect them to continue to have some low-wage humans to be on call to fix the robots. When they obsess over things like the cost of tape and use technology from last decade on everything else, I really wonder how fast they will be at bringing in the latest in

I think they’ve been pretty positive about this compared to other reporting on amazon, especially when this is resulting in pay cuts for Christmas.

To clarify: These are actual changes that have happened and been communicated (for my job at an Amazon FC). I got the bonus every month since I’ve been employed and I have a Morgan Stanley account with unvested shares sitting in it. So eliminating the monthly bonus that has been 50% guaranteed just for showing up in

Gizmodo censors me because I actually work at Amazon and I called them out when they lied/exaggerated about how bad some Amazon policies were before this week and now they lie/exaggerate about how GOOD Amazon is this week.

I work in an Amazon warehouse and just got a pay cut in time for the holidays. The stock RSUs and monthly bonus they cut were a lot more than the raise. Half of our monthly bonus was based on attendance, and it was doubled for Oct/Nov/Dec. So (as they sold it for years) you got a minimum 8% bonus for “showing up.” We
