Also, scrapple is my default breakfast meat for sandwiches, but I don’t eat “scrapple sandwiches” as commonly sold where I’m from (some people eat it on white bread with ketchup-gross). I do the whole egg and cheese thing. It replaces bacon or sausage on a muffin, bagel, roll or whatever.
